Mrs. Gunakeshari Pradhan Manandhar, a former Director of Nepal Telecom and Nepal’s first female computer engineer, served the nation for 30 years as a computer engineer at Nepal Telecom. She currently serves as the President of Women in Information Technology (WIT), a non-profit organization that seeks to promote and encourage women in technical fields. She is also an advisor in the CAN Committee Women in IT organization and an executive member of CAN, as well as the Chairperson of the CAN Committee on ICT for Rural Development.

Manish Pokharel worked as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Kathmandu University and currently is the Dean of School of Engineering, KU. He had been appointed as a member of the High-Level ICT Council under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Nepal.
