Ganesh Shah is the former minister and a politician who enthusiastically participates in all sorts of programs concerning the field of Science and technology. He has been continuously devoting himself for the betterment of Nepal along with that, he has been continuously urging the government of Nepal to invest for the upliftment of our country as the chair of his political party in the field of science and technology. He has done tremendous job in policy making and in its implementation as well.

Ram Kumar Phuyal is a member of the National Planning commission (GON) and is working to upgrade the current startup condition in Nepal by organizing different programs and by planning and implementing varied proposals needed to do so. He has an immense amount of work experience with academia, research and policy institutions and he is also serving as university faculty, researcher, and policy analyst at both national and international level. He is also an excellent economist having more than 17 years of higher education experience, including teaching and conducting evidence-based policy-oriented research.

Purushotam Khanal is the chairperson of NTA experienced in regulation, financial management, HR Management & development administration. His objective is to fix the target and then to achieve the target of his organization. He has also worked as an Internal Auditor, Account officer and officer for general administration. Along with that, he was also a supervisor in National Computer Center. Since he is been working in the field of telecommunication for long, he has also been working greatly in the field of Innovation and Startup.

Anil K. Dutta is a joint secretary at Ministry of Communication and Information Technology who is working immensely in the field of modifying the cyber security in Nepal. He has also worked as the head in the Office of Controller and has been leading to develop the science and technology of the country through Digital Nepal framework.

Prof Dr. Subarna Shakya is professor of Computer Engineering at Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, IOE, TU. He is member of National Information Technology Advisory Committee (GON), member of the Board of studies in South Asian University, New Delhi, India, Chairman of Computer Engineering Subject committee, Ministry of Education, National Curriculum Development Center, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. And currently is appointed as the Director of Innovation Center in Tribhuwan University.

Prof Dr. Manish Pokharel is professor as well as former Head of Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Kathmandu University. He is also appointed as a member in High Level ICT Council under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Nepal and he has also taught various graduate level courses in Korea Aerospace University, Goyang City, South Korea. He has keen interest in E-governance and is currently interested in Artificial Intelligence.

He is the former assistant secretary, Ministry of Information and Communication Technology who has worked really passionately in the field of IT. He has one of the most important roles in bringing Digital Nepal framework and implementing it and he has also worked with great determination and responsibility in the field of Inland Revenue Department, Election Commission and IT department.

Ananda Raj Khanal is one of the expert and experienced professionals in the field of ICT. He is also the Senior Director of Nepal Telecommunication Authority. He has the experience of about 25 years in the field of telecommunications. He also teaches in Kathmandu University along with few other colleges. He will also represent Nepal in the World Summit Award.
