प्रविधिको क्षेत्रमा काम गरिरहेका स्टार्टअप कम्पनिहरुले यस विधामा अवार्डको लागि नोमिनेसन गर्न सक्नेछन् ।  बिगत ४ वर्ष (आर्थिक बर्ष २०७६/०७७ देखि २०७९/०८० ) को अवधिमा दर्ता भएका सफ्टवेयर, हार्डवेयर, इमार्जिंङ प्रविधिहरु तथा डिजिटल सेवामा काम गर्ने आइटी कम्पनिहरुले यसमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन् ।
